How your project runs

Every FRG Construction project follows the same path, so you always know what comes next.

  1. Site visit and consultationWe walk the space with you, listen to what you want, and look for anything that could affect cost or schedule.
  2. Detailed scope and fixed priceYou receive a written scope of work and one fixed price for the project, with exclusions spelled out so nothing is a surprise later.
  3. Planning and permitsWe schedule crews and trade partners, order materials, and coordinate permits and inspections when the work requires them.
  4. ConstructionYour project has one point of contact from demolition to final finishes, with updates as work moves forward.
  5. Final walkthroughWe walk the finished work with you and close out every item on the list before we call it done.
